Throughout January, BreamTeam have been running Jim Davidson’s Celebrity Big Brother (CBB) social media “campaign”, which has helped him win the hit Channel 5 show.
Typography is the work of typesetters, compositors, typographers, graphic designers, art directors, manga artists, comic book artists, graffiti artists, and now—anyone who arranges words, letters, numbers, and symbols for publication or display.
Using our expertise and knowledge of social media, we used these platforms to develop an engaging campaign for Jim, whilst he has been in the CBB house.
Our unique approach for the timed delivery of messages and inspired content through Twitter and Facebook, meant that we were engaging with millions of Celebrity Big Brother viewers. During the 4 weeks of the show, the Twitter account received over 12 million impressions and the number of followers soon rocketed. During the airing of the nightly shows, “Jim Davidson” was “trending” worldwide on numerous occasions.
Jim broke the record for the most number of votes in CBB history and ultimately was crowned the winner of the entire show. Leaving the house during yesterday’s CBB final, Jim told CBB host Emma Willis that it was “overwhelming” to hear the cheers. He added: “I never thought I’d get here in a million years.”
